FAQs
-
We are currently set up as a delivery only business. We simply don’t have a good set up on our property for an on-site farm stand. In addition to our farm to door delivery, you can find us at pop-up markets throughout the growing season or email us about setting up a neighborhood drop for you and a few neighbors. This is a great option if you are outside of our normal delivery zones.
-
We currently do not offer any on-site farm activities or events.
-
No. We follow organic practices and are trying to build our farm using sustainable and regenerative practices, but we are not certified organic. Most of the food we grow is for our personal consumption and we sell the excess to the surrounding community. If the balance ever shifts to where we are selling more than we consume, we may investigate the certifications.

Our store is set up for deliveries in a small radius around our location. This is done to balance our supply with demand and keep fuel and delivery charges at a minimum. If you are local, but outside of our current delivery zone, we’d love to chat with you about setting up a POP-UP Market in your neighborhood or arranging a neighborhood drop for you and a few of your friends. Please email us and we’ll see if we can make something work.

Seasonal produce -beets, radish, garlic, onions, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, grapes, herbs, greens, beans, peas, etc.
We are currently expanding our cut flower division to include a wide selection of sunflowers and other annual and perennial cut flowers and greenery.
Most of what we grow, we start ourselves from seed, but we will occasionally seek out transplants from other farms.
-
Flowers are availalble in farmer’s choice mixed bouquets by price point - hand tied or with a small selection of vases that we have on hand.
We’d love to connect with local florists and independent designers as we expand this division.

We select chickens for egg color, size and production rate. The following are breeds we typically have on site for our eggs: Whiting true green/blue, easter eggers, rhode island red, barred rocks, red star, marans, polish, leghorns.

Maryland’s law requires us to wash eggs prior to selling them. Once eggs are washed, they must be refrigerated so ABSOLUTELY, YES, refrigerate your eggs upon receiving them!
